Plain-English rules for using this site and buying a shirt.

Who we are

This Is Our Year is an independent apparel brand based in New York, NY. [CONFIRM] It is not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by any professional football league or team. Our shirts use city names and colors. They don't use any league or team names, logos, or other marks.

Ordering

  • Shirts start at $19.99. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout.
  • Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is placed when your payment goes through.
  • We can cancel and refund an order if something's off, like a pricing mistake or a problem with the payment.
  • You need to be 18 or older to order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Made to order

Every shirt is printed after you order it. Colors on your screen are a close guide, not an exact match, and the shirt in the picture is an illustration. The real one can vary slightly in shade and print placement.

Shipping and returns

These are covered on the shipping and returns page, which is part of these terms.

Fan photos

If you send us a photo, you're telling us it's yours, that everyone in it is fine with it being shared, and that we may show it on this site. We only repost it on social media if you tick the second box. You keep your rights to the photo, and you can take it down any time on the fans page. We look at every photo first and can decline or remove any of them.

Using this site

The design, artwork, and text on this site belong to This Is Our Year. Please don't copy them or use them to sell your own products. Don't misuse the site, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal.

The legal part

The site and our products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived under the law where you live. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. [CONFIRM]
